Aroma seems a bit biscuity. Not smelling the maize. Orange tinged gold color with a white head that flattened. Medium bodied; creamy carbonation. The flavor is kind of caramel and bread, with some very light hop. The finish is not really dry, has some vegy/grainy taste, and is not that bad, as the hop bitter comes forth to sort that out.

Yee-haw -- a chance to savage the French! A little skunky, though not bad. Lager-tart and a little fruity. Very carbonated, but a fair mouthfeel, tough there were some musky notes in the finish. Interesting bottle. Not bad, but not distinct enough to buy it again.

Certainly light--in all aspects. Appearance, Aroma, Flavor. All are really light with this one.

Golden blond with light foamy top. Easy grainy aroma with similar flavor. Dull and dryish finish. Okay for a cheap pils.

After one sip, I can see why the French surrendered this beer. Then again, we gave the world Budweiser, and they haven’t accused us of trying to poision them yet, so who are we to talk.

Nose of grass, spice, and cereal. Pours a sparkling pale straw. The fully lasting wispy white frothy head leaves light lace on my glass. The brew has high acidity, a good tangy bite. Otherwise pretty non-descript. Chugga-lug. The light watery body is very lively with a clean feel to the finish.

Light yellow gold, very little head or lacing. Aroma was lightly sweet and vegetal. Thin palate, mostly smooth, some carbonation. Taste was thinly malty with a light sugary aftertaste. I guess you’d want to drink this on a really hot day. Not offensive, but not memorable either.
