Bottle: Pale golden, clear, moderate to large rocky white head, spotty lacing, very light carbonation.   Swampy grass notes, seems slightly sweet.   Musty malt flavor, barnish, oat/hay, mild sweetness, fairly clean but not all that crisp.   Lingering sweet straw.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Very slight bitterness.   Decent, but a bit heavier and not as crisp as I like my Bohemian Pilsners.

A golden pils with a thick creamy froathy white head with lacing. A grassy peppery malt aroma, with a bit of floral notes. In mouth, a good malt base with crisp hops, light biscuiity notes, lingering bitterness. A good classy pils from CR! Bottle from Capflu, BCLB, BB 18-02-07.

I love the hell out of this beer. Spicey, powerful hops, slight maltiness, great Pilsner taste. Great pivo.

Bottle at Old Europe in Naples (german restaurant). Pours medium gold with a nice frothy white head. Faint aroma of european hops. Nice malty base with flavors of biscuit and bread, nicely offset by some agressive spicy european hops. Some dry grassiness on the palate. Not too shabby. Paired well with my german dinner.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with a frothy white head. Toasty malt aroma with a skunky hop note. Toasted malt flavors slightly bitter. Somewhat skunky but not so bad I couldn’t finish the beer. Dry finish.
