Bottle. Pours a light gold with a substantial head. Malt and grain in the aroma. smooth mouth feel, with a nice rich malt flavor that carries into the finish.

The sign at the beer store said this brew won 1st place in some Czech beer festival. Golden pour with minimal head. Aroma is of grass and wheat with a touch of sweetness. Thin body but active carbonation. Grassy taste. Light bitter finish. Good.

Golden with a nice head - for a pilsener. Not much to say about the flavor. It has a sharp spicy bitterness (which I’m not too fond of). Otherwise it is quite ordinary.

Draft. Amber beer with a big white head. Slight grassy, spicy aroma. Grassy, earthy flavor with some spice. Creamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Well balanced with subtle malts.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 500 ml bottle - cheap looking tinfoil label. Medium golden pour, trace of a white head. Barely there aroma, hints of wort, corn. Yeasty flavor with hints of cereal grains. Some cake mix sweetness redeems it a bit. Mouthfeel, somewhat thick. Overall, drab and slightly boring - not one of the Czech Republic’s finest.

Yellow and clear. White head, mostly not lasting. Has an odd and unpleasent aroma, malty-sweetish. A bit dry palate.

This beer sample courtesy of fellow League of Strange Beer Drinkers member, Cornfield. This brew pours beautifully...great golden glow topped by a rocky exuberant head and dancing beading from base to head. The nose is grassy hops and a light maltiness. First sip is wonderfully carbonated and caramely sweet, followed by a bitter grassy/earthy hop bite. I did get a touch of dishwater...never a plus! But it did not linger intrusively. A pleasant alcohol-dry finish, with perhaps a touch of peppery crispness to conclude the event was very much appreciated. I really enjoyed this drink and would definitely repeat the experience!

Pours a medium blonde with diminishing head. Full-bodied malt with somewhat biting hops; a bit sweet on the finish but all around very drinkable.
