| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Golden with a nice head - for a pilsener. Not much to say about the flavor. It has a sharp spicy bitterness (which I’m not too fond of). Otherwise it is quite ordinary. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 28, 2006 Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 500 ml bottle - cheap looking tinfoil label. Medium golden pour, trace of a white head. Barely there aroma, hints of wort, corn. Yeasty flavor with hints of cereal grains. Some cake mix sweetness redeems it a bit. Mouthfeel, somewhat thick. Overall, drab and slightly boring - not one of the Czech Republic’s finest. Hansen (2285), Randers, Denmark

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 20, 2006 This beer sample courtesy of fellow League of Strange Beer Drinkers member, Cornfield. This brew pours beautifully...great golden glow topped by a rocky exuberant head and dancing beading from base to head. The nose is grassy hops and a light maltiness. First sip is wonderfully carbonated and caramely sweet, followed by a bitter grassy/earthy hop bite. I did get a touch of dishwater...never a plus! But it did not linger intrusively. A pleasant alcohol-dry finish, with perhaps a touch of peppery crispness to conclude the event was very much appreciated. I really enjoyed this drink and would definitely repeat the experience!
