Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of hops and sweetness. This light bodied beer is not bad or good and would suffice on a hot summer day. BREWMUSKCLES (1088), New Jersey, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 2, 2009 This is a well crafted, yet unexciting Czech Pilsener: The colour is typically pale yellow, with a nice white head. The fruity, critic hops are of medium intensity and balanced with sweet bready malt. Herbal qualities show up in the flavour, the mouthfeel is not too thin regarding the style. The current average of 2.81 is pretty much spot on. delnoche (235), Germany
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 1, 2009 50cl bottle poured into a footed pilsner. Sparkling gold with one finger white head. Rich malt and balancing hops in the aroma and flavor. This is quite good for a pilsner. Vertical Bacon Strips (903), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 23, 2009 Poured out an average sized white crown that had excellent retention and awesome lacing (silty), brew was a clear slight dark gold with lots of effervesance. There isn’t anything I dislike about this beer. The aroma is a sharp grassiness, floral hops, honey, weak lemon, possibly biscuit and some sweetness. The taste is so-so to start off with (the standard blend of grain and tartness, a bit watery) but mid sip it comes around to a more rounded brew with notable malts and tasty hops. This beer does go more grainy as it warms, losing some of its complexity and goes a bit on the tart side with a more prominent malt taste. Dry finish. Highly drinkable.
