Dark gold body complete with a noisy fluffy white cap it seems the last thick skiff of head has some staying power, good enough for the style I guess. Standard Euro trash stench but milder than most sour malts, apple and skunk. Mouth feel was a tiny bit to flat for my liking. Taste was also fairly standard for the style sour grassy malts, egg yolk, some metalicness. Taste starts off fairly dark on turns bready sweet in the finish. This wasn’t horrid but it’s just yet a other disappointing import from eastern Europe

Decent beer. Poured with a medium sized white head and a tiny bit of lace. Color is a bright, very clear, yellow gold. Aromatics of hops, malt, a little spice and beer. Flavor’s the same more bittersweet. Fully carbonated. Clean and refreshing. Ok body. Finish is good with a typical Czech pale lager. Definitely a session beer. Got this bottle at Sam’s in Chi.

Gold pour with a small white head. Sour malt aroma. Flavor is soft malt and Czech hops. Has a bite, slightly astringent. vaguely sour, but not too bad overall.

Bottle. High fluffy but long lasting white head leaving nice long curtains. Clear dark golden body. Mild and relaltively weak barley malt aroma. Flavor is also more mild and sweet than expected. Barley malt with little hops bitterness but with a somewhat dry aftertaste. Low carbonation.

Bottle from The Beer Authority, pours a clear golden color with a medium head. Medium body for a lager with a sweet malt flavor and good bitterness at the end. A very nice Czech pilsener.

Clear golden colour, medium white head, some lacing, pretty average. Aroma is malty with some hops in the nose, grass, straw. Flavour is malty, but more hoppy than the aroma indicated, grass and straw and also some funky metallic notes that spoils it a bit. Mouthfeel is crisp with medium bubbles and the liquid isn’t particularly sticky. All in all a decent pils that for its price is good value for money
