Mar 13, 2008 This is a nice, different lager with character almost like a good English bitter. It is light amber with a big, off-white head that slowly shrinks to a thin top and leaves a little lace. The aroma is mostly toasty grain with bread, a hint of caramel, flowers, pine, and leaves. The taste is earthy, lightly toasty grain, caramel, leaves, some pine, and a fair amount of citrus. The bitterness is very light at first, but soon increaseas to a very nice balance of malt and hop. It’s wonderful.

Dec 25, 2002 One of the best Czech pilseners. Very high quality and the puriness of taste. Golden color. Really, Krusovice is the brewer of the kings.(Kralovsky pivovar).

May 26, 2004 Nice aroma - only slightly bitter. A slightly sweet, fruity flavor. Reminiscent of a Weizen. Very different from most pilsners. Definitely an enjoyable beer.

Aug 31, 2008 Good thick frothy head on slight misty gold beer,good carbonation.Aroma malty biscuit,buttery notes,hoppy.Flavour malty lovely bitter hop taste,really puckers the lips.A slight nutty/butter taste,refreshing flavour,fair mild sweetness.Finish malt, hop nice bitter,good pilsener.

Nov 24, 2004 Bright golden colour, possible to build a great head. Nice aroma with balance between maltiness and grassy, slightly spicy hop notes. typical Zatec. Rather light, medium bitter, clean and fresh taste. More german pils type than traditional czech (drier, fresher and lighter)

Feb 7, 2007 Boy oh Boy...THIS is in the 32nd Percentile!!!...c’mon, c’mon...I know we like our IPAs here at ratebeer, but this is a great Czech pilsner!. If you like Pilsner Urquel, you’ll love this one. A beautiful, clear light gold color. A wonderful ’skunky’ sweet aroma. A bright white head. And a delicious refreshing pilsner taste-some light maltiness, with that distinctive hoppy finish, that doesn’t overpower the flavor...Can’t wait to have Krusovice on a hot summer evening!

Apr 13, 2004 Nice golden colour with creamy head. Aroma is malty with some hops. Flavor has a good bitterness from the saazer hops. Palate is average.
