Commercial Description:
A connection between aroma and taste - Krušovice light beer has a light golden colour, a harmony between aroma and a slightly bitter taste, an excellent palate and a rich foam. When you drink this beer you notice a pleasantly refreshing taste which will lead you to want another. This beer is brewed using the most modern and technological facilities in combination with the traditional Krušovice raw materials; superior quality Czech malts, natural spring water from the Krivoklát Woods and hops from the Žatec area.

One of my favourite everyday-beers in the Czech Republic. Malty aroma, malty taste. Only 3,8% ABV, but with full flavours.

Bottled(500ml). -Pale golden coloured, small white head. The aroma is malty, weak hoppy and grainy with slight sweeter finish than Plzensky Prazdroj Klasik.

0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ozujsko (thanks!)
Poured a golden colour with a medium sized fluffy white head that went away at a medium pace. Malty/grainy nose with a hint of cabbage. Ok maltiness, breadiness, weak hopiness and lemon, salty and watery. Didn’t impress me. Had far better beers at this strength.

From the tap this pours a light straw gold with a soft white head. Crisp and grassy hops, but unlike most pilsners this felt like it had much more body to it. Not much malt flavor to this, kinda bland up front.

Bottle: Sweetish-malty nose with a touch of vegetables and not without a trace of light hoppiness; golden coloured with a small head, that sticks to the mug; watery MF, bitter-sweet flavour over a small, but detectable malty base; short bitter-sweet finish. All in all a thinnish brew, for one shouldn’t search while exploring Bohemia..........!

500 ml can, much like a Grolsch without the skunk from the green bottle, corn like aroma and rice like flavor. Must be their coors. Get their Scharzbier...way way better

Very nice beer, good composition between hop and malt. Not too bitter and quite drinkable.

Nice round and fresh. Some metallic notes in flavour. Mild finish with a watery aftertaste.
