Very muddy nutty brown. Smell is very malty, sweet, a bit chestnutty. Sweet matly taste, again some chestnut/beany hints. Full mouthfeel, a little overdone on the malts I suppose..

Sep 19, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/brown with a light tan and slowly diminishing head. Fruity ester aroma with a light breadish malt note. Flavour is bitter and light acidic with a nice breadish yet also fruity ester flavour following. Lingering breadish and fruity finish. Light spiced touch too. Nice one.

Sep 10, 2008 The bottle looks great, the beer in the glass also. Quite dark. Tastes roasty and smoky, modest malty and yeasty. Strange but good!

Aug 23, 2008 Bottle. Offwhite excellemt creamy fully lasting head. Redbrown nice colour. Powerfull caramellic hefe aroma. Fruity and nice caranellic flavor. Light sweet and bitter. Moderate nice bitter finish. Slightly burnt. Creamy palate. Really nice beer.

Aug 15, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Pours a dark brown muddy Dunkelweizen, lots of floaties. Small creamy head. Yeast, roasted grain, chocolate, nougat. Overall complex composition, satisfying. Good beer!
