yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 19, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/brown with a light tan and slowly diminishing head. Fruity ester aroma with a light breadish malt note. Flavour is bitter and light acidic with a nice breadish yet also fruity ester flavour following. Lingering breadish and fruity finish. Light spiced touch too. Pours a dark brown muddy Dunkelweizen, lots of floaties. Small creamy head. Yeast, roasted grain, chocolate, nougat. Overall complex composition, satisfying. Good beer!
