Tap @ Brewpub. Black pour with a creamy tan head. Aroma of light roasted malt, light banana peel, caramel, and bitter coffee. Flavors of subtle fresh banana, roasted malt, coffee, and bitter chocolate. Medium body, roasty/bitter/slightly fruity with a roasty/banana... ie finish.

Tap 5-12-07. Black with tan head. Huge banana and chocolate up front. light roast. Flavor much the same, just enough banana, with huge milk chocolate and faint roast. Sort of a dry cocoa finish. Creamy body/mouthfeel. Well done.

Black pour with a 1 finger off-white head. Lots of real banana flavor, not the kind of estery banana flavor. Some vanilla and cocoa with a dry finish. Medium-thin creamy body.

Black body with creamy tan head. The aroma is milk chocolate and lots of real, ripe bananas. The flavor is ripe bananas, caramel and chocolate. Medium body with a very soft, creamy texture and light carbonation.
