Commercial Description:
This mead was made with the orange blossom honey. A faint smell of citrus can be found in it’s bouqet. Two years of aging was required for this traditional style of mead.

This mead pours very pale, almost water-like in colour, with faint yellow highlights. An orangey, floral bouquet sifts through its straightforward fruity honey flavors. The mouthfeel is classy, not too heavy, not too frail, and the finish is drier than the first half of each sip, making this enjoyable to white wine lovers, I’m sure. Quite simple throughout, this will not be too memorable to me.

My first mead, it was very sweet with large alcoholic aroma. Very warming honey flavor, good stuff.

Picked up the day after the 2007 Winter Solstice Party. Thanks again Lori. Pours clear water with a tint of straw and no head to speak of. The aroma is big sweet meadness and a bit of esters. I can almost taste the sweet mead through my nose. Yum. The taste begins with very sweet slick thick rich honey goodness along with a bit of floral essence. As midway approaches a drying sensation pulls some moisture out of my mouth creating a moment or two of refreshment. Toward the finish the honey sweetness returns creating a pleasing sweet finish. Double Yum.

Bottle from Ibrew2or3. Thanks man. Wonderful mead here. Pours still with a glistening golden body. The aroma is light--plenty of honeysuckle flower and melon scents. The mouthfeel is spot on--not too heavy or light. Great flavor that follows the nose with added tastes of vanilla and very light spices. Very easy to drink mead.

Bottle courtesy of Retorp. Pours a clear light yellow color with no head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of honey, phenol, wood, caramel, fresh flowers, ripe fresh fruit. Flavor is sweet, sweet and more sweet with notes of overripe white grapes, some orange and citrus notes, honey and caramel sweetness, and a boozy light cough syrup like finish. Generally light to medium body with a floral and sweet finish.

courtesy of retorp. pours golden with a strong fresh floral honey like aroma with light wax undertones.. Overall taste is sugary, honey, sweet and thick mouthfeel. Something that would go well with a nice desert.

Thanks retorp for the share. Pours a clear yellow color with nose of peach, honey, light fruit and alcohol. Flavor is boozy honey with floral and light fruit notes. Very sweet as is citruses around my mouth. It is very enjoyable, but strong at 13%.

Bottle, courtesy Degarth. Pours a light golden straw color, with no head or lacing. Big nose with honey, cider, caramel, and some dry waxiness. Fresh honey flavors, vanilla, slight caramel, very good. Smooth, great body, so drinkable, and the alcohol is absolutely nowhere to be found.
