Aug 29, 2008 From bottle. Nice classic German pils aroma. Beany spicy hops, fresh. Light sweet pilsner malt with just a bit of sulfur. Pleasant and reminiscent of visits to beer halls. Pale golden clear with creamy white lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Light carbonic fizziness. Starts with light pils sweetness, light sulfur and some carbonic acidity. Beany spicy hops flavor, with mild bitter character in the finish. Light and refreshing. A bit soft in the end. Nice pils.

Aug 25, 2008 Bottle. Poured pale gold with foamy white head. Pleasant malt aroma, but very light. Light crisp flavour, soft. Faint hop finish, a tiny bit of citrus. Light for a hot day, after labour, or as a session bier round the fire.
