| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 14, 2006 Bottle (330ml). Clear very pale gold with a large fluffy white lasting head. Sweet honey and clover aroma, bready yeast, mild pungent floral hops. Tastes the same, lots of honey, lots of fresh clover and wheat, the hops build and the finish is a fairly bitter grainy one - nice. Light body, mild astringency, decent carbonation, not much linger - I really enjoyed it. Cornfield (4978), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

It’s got a pale gold body with plenty of beading and a modest white head that laces throughout the drinking. The aroma is sweet and bready with a floral, grassy bitterness. It tastes of sweet malt, slightly grainy, with a touch of apple or pear and a grassy bitterness. Nice crisp, bitter finish. Pretty decent.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Sep 11, 2006 Updated: Sep 7, 200911.2 oz bottle obtained locally. Pours out a clear blonde color with a nice white head. that dissappears qucikly leaving a lot of lace on the glass. Mild biscuity aroma. Very sublte flavors. Do i detect saaz hops? Starts out a bit sweet with some subtle wheat (yes i know there is no wheat here, but i taste wheat anyways) and subtle bananna flavors, even some mild pear..then some mellow hoppiness kicks in, followed by a beautifully balanced Pilsner finish and nice lingering aftertaste that makes you yearn for the next glass. Ok, i never cared for Pilsners until i tasted this one, it is that good. I cannot imagine a more refreshing summer beer than this. My ONLY gripes are that is is too carbonated, and lacks aroma. ..try this out, it IS good.(unless you hate all pilsners to begin with). And if you want a good beer as a gateway for your macro-swill neighbors, i can’t imagine a better one... dwyerpg (2553), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 5, 2006 A bit confusing. The bottle I saw only said Pils, not "Edelherb". Didn’t smell that good to me. Not real hoppy, a little at the end; some grassiness. Very light and refreshing. An excellent lawnmower beer. Radek Kliber (4000), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada
