Crystal clear, light yellow pour with a thick, white head. Light nose of grassy hops. Clean, balanced palate. Weak finish. This is an absolutely typical pilsener in every respect. It is what it is & a decent pilsner. Slightly medicinal & herbal, light mouth feel, brings me back to my younger days when I thought Becks was good lovemyipas (420), sw burbs, Illinois, USA

Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers), with a light note of honey, hint of DMS.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Pilsners never get much love here, but when they’re good, they really can hit the spot (in the same way a good saison can, at least wrt drinking enjoyment). This has a bright hop nose, great balance, and is pretty clean (some DMS, sure, but not much). Good stuff. dyetube (416), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Feb 10, 2008 This beer pours a golden yellow with little to no head. The aroma is very typically skunky . The flavor is classic pilsner and I gotta say, I actually liiked this one. It was kinda dry with lots of good hoppy character! Cheers! MattShizzle (385), Bernville, Pennsylvania, USA
