But this is an "Edelherb" and hence rather hoppy - both bitter but also with a lovely aromatic hoppiness. Still this has room for a certain softness in body. Apr 10, 2007 Bottle. Clear yellow / golden color with a average fizzy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty and hoppy, straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. A refreshing Pils but nothing to write home about.

Jul 13, 2009 Golden colour. Gentle carbonation. Substantial mossy, herbal hop aroma. Soft body with a somewhat toasty malt character. Only a little bit of grassy hop - the promised herbal dryness never materializes and the finish descends almost to doughiness.
