Sep 18, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Mild fruity and cornish aroma. Flavour starts mild fruity and is followed by a more bitter and slight spiced hops flavour. Goes into a bitter and dry finish. Clean and classic.

Aug 12, 2008 From a bottle poured a clear golden body with a small fluffy white head. Mashy, grainy, sweet honey nose with some sweet corn notes as well. Crisp thin and smooth. Nothing spectacular, but good.

Jul 18, 2008 Aroma is of hay and bread dough. The beer is a nice golden color and is very clear. The head is very nice and white and sticks around without much lace to speak of. This tastes very nice like Bavarian beer ought to; it is very clean and crisp and has flavors of light sweet malt, honey, and a nice hop flavor. The beer is easy to drink but has a good sharp palate.

Jul 6, 2008 50cl bottle @ gasthof, southern Germany. Pours clear pale yellow with a white lasting foam. Sour, grainy, corn, hayish, sweaty, bitter. Very much a dortmunder. Fresh!

Straw coloured, scummy head. Classic lager/pilsner aroma - light grains, hops, and even a dash of lime. Yes, not a very inspiring start, I know. Slightly fizzy in the mouth. Taste, slightly papery hops, rather thin on the malt, a slight sour note perhaps. Even a bit watery in places. Pretty full pilsnery bite, but this really is just another boring vaguely-competent lager.
