Dark amber with a fluffy head. Sweet aroma with traces of burnt malt. Sweet malty full-bodied beer. Some bitterness in the end. Well hidden alcohol. Really nice bock.

Great look, amber colour (slightly reddish), thick lasting head. Drinks easily, slightly bitter with sweet/caramel notes. Another tasty bock I’ve drunk recently

Dark amber colored, thick light tan head. Sweet aroma of yeast, malt, toffee and spices. Sweet in the flavor as well with a vinous edge. Malty and caramelly with a good spicyness and some bitterness also. Quite flavorfull and pretty tasty.

Swing-top bottle: amber colour, fluffy off-white head; malty, sweetish nose, traces of roasted malts, also fruity, vinous notes; moderate sweet beginning; sweetish, malty taste ending with a slightly dryer, bitter finish; full bodied, well hidden alcohol,; well rounded, not too sweet, deceptive Bock. Very pleasant !

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark, deep amber-colour with a tint of red - small head. Very malty nose and pronounced roasted malt flavours. Highly carbonated. Very discreet sweetness, actually more dry than sweet. Rather pleasant but lacks a bit of character and finesse to be excellent. Actually I miss some sweetness here. 260505

(swing top bottle) Clear and dark amber colour with a big foamy and lasting slightly off-white head. Quite restrained aroma of toasted malts and some notes of caramel and hops in the background. Medium sweet flavour, medium body. Taste of roasted malts with a well balanced dry and bitterhoppy finish with traces of liquorice. A very tasty and not too fat Bock for my kind of taste. Good !
