May 30, 2005 Refreshing and bubbly. With a champagne-ish style cork. Some lemon cherry notes. Drank this on floor of Munich train station whilst trying to figure out out to get anywhere on one of the busiest travel days in Germany. Lady said all the trains were booked. I showed her. :-)

Apr 6, 2005 Bottle. Bread malt with fairly strong tannin aroma. Dark reddish color with small head. Balanced malt and tannic flavor - not too astringent - very pleasant. A very enjoyable bock.
