Jun 16, 2008 Bottle Swing-top: Poured a reddish brown with off white lacing head. Aroma is sweet malts with some burnt caramel. Taste is sweet caramel and malt, there is a nice hops in there also. Warms the mouth as any Christmas style beer should.

Jun 12, 2008 50cl swing top bottle. Pours amber/brown with a creamy lasting head. Aroma & taste is malty sweet - caramel, bread, dark fruits & a little alcohol note. Warm, sticky & full body. Nice!

May 10, 2008 Purchased at Mexican Wal-Mart in Mexicali, for 13 pesos. nice beige to white head, with ruby body, nice palate with caramel notes, very nice flavour, didnt notice the hops that much, very little carbonaion, which i think goes really good with style, very good overall. Nice!!

Mar 26, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a dense tan head. Classic malty and light bitterhops aroma with a whiff of hops spices. Medium sweet flavour, caramelish. Solid bitterness into the finish and a medium alcohol driven body.

Mar 25, 2008 0,5 l bottle. Nice amber color with good head. A certain sweetness in the nose. Nutty and quite fruity flavor which has a finish of alcohol. Overall a solid Bock.

Feb 8, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Copper brown with big whitish lacy head. Nose has sugary malts, some vinegums, alcohol and caramel. Flavor is sweetish, malty and a bit of coffeelike. Big mouthfeel with smooth creamy carb. Pretty nice and definately on the better side of the style.

Jan 21, 2008 Bottle at WalMart Playa Del Carmen. BB4 Sept 2008. Light off-white creamy head on dark amber. Creamy toffee aroma with hints of coffee and chocolate. Meaty body. Hint of alcohol. Flavour is tasty toffee with spice and coffee in the finish.
