| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jan 1, 2007 Bottle. Light brown hue with a fizzy white head that was mostly lasting. Aroma was very malty with notes of caramel, light toast, grain. Maybe hints of chocolate and plum. Only mild notes of hops can be detected. Nicely hidden alcohol, no warming mouthfeel. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Initial flavour was sweet, not much bitterness here. Finish is also light sweet with a short duration. Quit drinkable.
