[Big bottle from Tico] Sour malt aroma with some banana notes, higher alchohols and a touch of grain. Pale ale appearance; clear with a lasting blanket and nice lacing. Subtle flavour of fusel oils, clean malt, some sourness, and some nice offsetting sweetness--cerealy finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering fruitiness.

Bottled. Deep copper colour, huge off-white foamy head. Aroma of rye, nuts, malts and some slight caramellish notes. Flavour is malts, rye, nuts, butter, some dry fruits and spices. Alcoholic warming touch in the finish. Very wellbalanced and refreshing.

Deep clear copper in colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of alcohol, plumb dark cherry and nuts. Full body, slightly alcoholic and sweet, giving flavours of chocolate, plumb and some light herbal hops. Finish is quite long, with some alcohol burn and sweetness.

500ml fliptop bottle: poured a sparkling copper with a small ecru head. Very nice looking. Mild caramel aroma with sweet malt. Light roastiness. Mild roasted malt in the flavor with some caramel. Moderately sweet finish lingering on the back of the tongue. I would say this is about as good as a bock can get. Very nice.

Beautiful clear amber color with great head. Burnt malty flavor but the alcohol is too distinct.
