| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 22, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a dense off-white head. A bit dusty grassy and hay aroma, dry and a minor floral note. Sweet flavour, quite simple. Goes into a somewhat bitter finish. Very minor mouldy note to an otherwise clean and simple brew. Nice. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 19, 2007 Bottle: Pours a transparent copper bronze with a thin-lacing white head. Aroma of slightly sweet caramel malt some floral fruity esters, earthy drier hops and a touch of German lager yeast. Starts with a fairly full body and good malty sweetness balanced with fresh, earthy, bittering hoppiness. FInishes crisp and bittersweet. A nice kellerbier. thornecb (1810), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA

Aroma fortemente maltato e lievito, sapore fin troppo carico, corpo piuttosto acquoso tuttavia. Piacevole ma non eccezionale.
Riassaggiata, gradita un po’ di più._______________ENGLISH TEXT HERE____________50cl bottle bought at the Iper supermarket in Serrapalle Scrivia; color is firmly dark for a keller, deep amber, with beige head not very big but persistent. Aroma is heavy malt and yeast, flavor is way too complex but body is a bit too watery. Pleasant but not exceptional. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance :Neat muddy amber, white bright crown on top. Low carbonation.
Nose:Pleasant aroma that goes well with unfiltered brews, slightly yeasty, sweet soft malts. Fruity green top with citrus hops.7+
Flavour/Palate: Soft bodied, neat gentle malty base, spiced hops accenting and adding another dimension. Pleasant Keller. Such style should be more frequent member on Brewmasters menu.
