Commercial Description:
The naturally-cloudy Mönchshof Kellar beer is the result of Mönchshof's centuries-long brewing tradition and of the love of traditional beer brewing. This amber color, mild beer appeals to lovers of unfiltered beer, the way it used to be. A tradional Mönchshof beer specialty.

Sweet malty aroma, with some good hops also, hazy apricot colour, pretty white head. Sweet tasting, toasty, bready. Quite full bodied, wonderfully bitter, very tasty. Very good example! Thank You Radek Kliber.

Draught in Margaretenklause in Bruhl (near Cologne). Light brown color with a medium beige head. Nice maltiness in the aroma as well as caramel. Flavor is sweetish malty, caramel, some fruitiness and some later bitterness. Medium-bodied.

swing top bottle(500ml). –Murky bronze coloured, medium to big beige head. The aroma is malty, grassy and hoppy with notes of caramel and nuts. Dry and rather sweet finish. Very good unfiltered brew.

Pleasant hoppiness, not overwhelming. Didn’t love it; didn’t hate it. Lovely aroma. Starts off lightly sweet.

Light amber color and clear. Has an off-white head. Aroma has fine, clear notes of good malt, notes of grain. Flavor starts sweet, finish a little bit bitter.

Pours a cloudy light-copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is light with yeast, floral hops, grass, and sweet malts. Flavor starts off with toasted malts, yeast, grassiness, and sweet malts. Finishes with a slight bitterness of the floral hops. Not really anything special.

Bottle: Light hazy copper, thick white head and nice lacing. Nose of biscuit and clean yeast, light noble hops. Full bodied and vaguely malty. Nice lack of fruit and lagery. Nice clean malty pilsner, not very crispy with the hops though.
