Sep 2, 2007 Sweet malty aroma, with some good hops also, hazy apricot colour, pretty white head. Sweet tasting, toasty, bready. Quite full bodied, wonderfully bitter, very tasty. Very good example! Thank You Radek Kliber.

Sep 1, 2007 Draught in Margaretenklause in Bruhl (near Cologne). Light brown color with a medium beige head. Nice maltiness in the aroma as well as caramel. Flavor is sweetish malty, caramel, some fruitiness and some later bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Aug 31, 2007 swing top bottle(500ml). –Murky bronze coloured, medium to big beige head. The aroma is malty, grassy and hoppy with notes of caramel and nuts. Dry and rather sweet finish. Very good unfiltered brew.

Aug 19, 2007 Pours a cloudy light-copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is light with yeast, floral hops, grass, and sweet malts. Flavor starts off with toasted malts, yeast, grassiness, and sweet malts. Finishes with a slight bitterness of the floral hops. Not really anything special.

Aug 14, 2007 Bottle: Light hazy copper, thick white head and nice lacing. Nose of biscuit and clean yeast, light noble hops. Full bodied and vaguely malty. Nice lack of fruit and lagery. Nice clean malty pilsner, not very crispy with the hops though.
