Commercial Description:
The naturally-cloudy Mönchshof Kellar beer is the result of Mönchshof's centuries-long brewing tradition and of the love of traditional beer brewing. This amber color, mild beer appeals to lovers of unfiltered beer, the way it used to be. A tradional Mönchshof beer specialty.

Copper colour with a small white head. Malty aroma with hints of hops. Malty, hoppy and a bit sweet. Light bodied and quite mild. Drinkable beer but not much more.

500 mL bottle. Cloudy copper brown with a small, pale beige head. It doesn’t last, but leaves nice lacing. Mild aroma of toffee. The flavour is very malty, with a little nuttiness. A little buttery at the end. Finishes surprisingly dry. Lowish carbonation. Uncomplicated, but very drinkable.
