Slight sweet, fruity flavor with a bit of a bitter finish that fades as beer warms. A very good beer - this style of beer is one of my favorites - try it if you can find it. Voivod (304), Como, Italy

Not funky in any way, a good clean crisp flavor, not overly dry, but a nice light everything, dryness, hop, malt and crispness. Excellent. Very very refreshing. ToolHead (235), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Light gold; OK head. Freshly hoppy aroma w/ slight yeast notes. Pleasantly harmonic and balanced taste w/ plenty of hops and a delicate sweetness in the finish. Soft mouthfeel. Very good drinkability. omhper (12261), Stockholm, Sweden

Pale gold pour, white cap that settles with some lace. Spicy haystack aroma, summery and bright, a touch of yeast. Crisp grassy hop flavor, with a pleasant sticky resin quality. Bright wheaty malt. A really nice surprise. fly (1333), austin, Tejas, USA

Very nice, dry, pilsner like sharpness in the hops - and they work very well with the malt. Despite having had a handful of landbiers, I have no idea what one is "supposed" to tase like. This is good enough for me. DanielBrown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England

Smells very sweet, with light cereal. Pretty good mouthfeel: mushy flavours of malt and wheat and a bitter finish to a predominantly sweet beer. I’m confused about Lanbiers - this seemed more like a Helles or a Kolsch - the previous one I sampled was dark brown. I treat this as a quality Pils-type lagered product.
