Aug 22, 2005 On tap at the Huber Haus. Light yellow w/ a white head. Medium carbonation. Aroma of a mown field. Not as smooth as a Spaten, has a lingering tartness. Stiff bitterness. The aroma is the best part of this beer.

Jun 14, 2005 (swing top bottle) Pale golden colour with a medium foamy white head. Herbal hoppy aroma. Crispy mouthfeel, light to medium body. Hopbitter flavour and taste, dry and bitter finish. A good Pilsener.

May 8, 2005 Light gold with a white head. Aromas are sweet malts and sugar, some caramel and light hops. Flavours are sweet grain with smooth caramel. More hops than in the aroma, pretty dry on the finish. A nice clean refreshing pils, nothing more.

Mar 13, 2005 Bottle, from shop at Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. Straw gold, good fluffy white head and moderate condition. Trace hop in the nose, soft malt and gentle hop in the mouth and a delicate flowery hop bitterness in the finish.

Jan 26, 2005 Bottle. Looks like Pils. Malty and sweet aroma. Boring malty flavour, some hops and some staleness in the finish. Watery mouthfeel. I’m not getting anything out of drinking this, it became an immediate chore.

Light golden, foamy head.
Nice hop profile, good bitterness and some aromahops.
Solid body sparkly mouthfeel and
a lingering note of aromahops.
Better than expected. My father tells me it wan’t as god last time he tried it,so freshness might be an issue.
