Jul 18, 2009 Clear golden with a medium white short lasting head. Aroma was somehat malty with grains and hints of caramel. Flavour was malty with caramel notes. Mild bitternes towards the end.

Jun 23, 2009 Updated: Jul 20, 2009swingtop bottle. Served ice cold. Clear golden color with a good head after an aggressive pour. Lacing was way better than expected. Flavor was a very basic malt and hops but a extremely nice balance. The palate wasn’t too harsh and very refreshing. One of the better pilsners I’ve had.

Mar 5, 2009 Bottle 500 ml. Apperance light golden clear with a small white head. Not to much aroma but slightly smell of hops and some malt. The same with the flavor.

Aroma is a bit sour and sulfury, like overly fresh lager, but still is nice with some popcorn and spicy/herbal hops and cream. Clear, pale gold, with a lasting, white blanket. Crisp and malty flavour that ends with some sulfur that nicely plays off the crispy malt. Assertive bitterness that does not bite too hard, sort of like a Czech lager. Plenty of hay, grass, and fizzy lemon. Very young lager. Medium carbonation, light body, tiny bit of bitteness in the finish.

Feb 10, 2009 Yellow with a lasting white head. Malty aroma, somewhat grainy, with light spicy hops. Grainy malt flavour with a decent bitterness.
