The aroma is of grassy, earthy and herbal hops alongside typical tight and clean German maltiness of straw, honey nectar and light bread. Hints of yeast. Bit creamy and buttery on the nose. The flavour is of light to medium bitter and grassy/herbal hops with a light sweet and tight straw and bread like malt character. The mouthfeel is clean and quite soft with a slim carbonation. Medium bodied. Nice. azlondon (667), Fribourg, Switzerland
