faroeviking (4386), Faroese Autonomous Beer Republic, Denmark Mar 4, 2008 Bottle bought in Vejle. Pours a totally pitch black mama black colour with a nice steady creamy brown long lasting head leaving a very good creamy and sticky lacing. Lovely aroma of roasted malt, dark bitter chocolate, coffee, good bitterness, some dark fruit and bit of metal. Great thick creamy mouthfeel! The flavour has a very good roasted maltiness, bitter hops, coffee, some chocolate, dark fruits and some liquorice. Long lasting dry, roasty, hoppy, bitter chocolate finish. Now this is a one great tasting brew!
