Hoppy and slightly lemony bitter finish. MoritzF (4046), Ruhrpott, Germany Feb 18, 2007 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy, slightly yellow foamy head. Moderately sweet malty, slightly toasty aroma with notes of honey and shy herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, nedium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Initially malty with honey, accompanied by herbal notes; medium-dry, malty and slightly bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Not bad, but almost too sweet for Buttenheim standards. pivnizub (4181), Porúří, Germany Jan 4, 2007 Deep golden coloured; mid-sized stable white head; delicate honeyish - hoppy nose with a tinge of toasted malt; light to medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, becoming drier and more hoppy towards the end.
