Jul 2, 2007 Bottle, bought at the brewery. Caramelly aroma with a hint of butter. Malty sweet flavor with some roast. Hint of cardemom. Thin. Persisting roastbitter aftertaste. Fairly clean, yet rural beer.

Feb 24, 2007 Bottle: SLIGHTLY HAZY; DARK AMBER COLOURED; SMALLER OFF-WHITE HEAD, BARNYARDY; FRUITY AND SLIGHTLY TOASTED-MALTY NOSE, LIGHT SWEETISH-BITTER FLAVOUR; slightly fruity, mainly caramelly finsh. Not unpleasant, but absolutely not outstanding...........

Feb 22, 2007 (bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a medium-sized, off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet and toasty malt aroma with a strong but also “aromatic” barnyard character (pig sty). Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented, only shy toasty tastewith a fruity touch of dried fruits. Malty, light-bitter finish with a faint hoppy note. Okay but not great Dunkel.
