(bottle) Almost clear, golden colour with yeast-floaties and a medium-sized, eggshell-coloured foamy head. Sweet and aromatic melange of pale and caramel-malt, slightly grainy with a touch of honey and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, almost medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented taste with a touch of honey and caramel; moderately sweet malty, slightly bitter finish. Solid Franconian quality brew.
