Belgisk_Olklub (205), Viby J, Denmark Jul 12, 2008 Bottle 50 cl. Average size frothy off-white diminishing head with fair lacing. Clear ruby body. Heavy malt aroma, brown sugar and alcohol. Medium body, oily texture and a bitter finish. The flavor is moderate sweet and bitter. I did not enjoy the beer, and it was hard to get through. Maria (3788), Thisted, Denmark Jul 5, 2008 Dark brown with a red hue and a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, syrup and berries, perhaps juniper? The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, dry citrus and berries. It ends on a dry and slightly grapefruit-like bitterness. There is no hint of any unwanted sourness (infection) in this brew, that I have found in previous brews from this brewer, so that’s a good sign. Bragesnak (974), Aarhus, Denmark May 31, 2008 Garden-party tasting, From Voldby, DK.
Bottled, 300508.

Light roasted malty and caramel sweet flavor with notes of fruit, bread and alcohol.
