Bottle from Der Doppelbock. Dark amber color. Soft malty aroma with a hint of butterscotch. Full bodied. Malty peppery flavor with butterscotch and raisin. Grassy hops in the aftertaste. Well balanced and not too sweet.

Botella. Pours a deep amber brown colour with a good off-white head. Aroma of well toasted malt and caramel. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit sweet with good toasty malt, caramel, some fruit and slight chocolate. Tasty brew.

50cl bottle. Pours amber/brown with a lovely red hew & a small creamy white head. Lots os sweet malts, caramel , bread and a bit of sugar. Full bodied. Nicely balanced - not too sweet. Light warmth but alcohol is well hidden! Very nice!

0,5l bottle. Dark brown with a very thin foam. Wheaty and malty aroma. The same follows in the rich flavor. Suitably strong. Good.
