Mar 24, 2008 Smells light malty, light sour (sweat)? A hint of caramel. Great head, foamy-fizzy and brown in color. The body is black. The beer tasted a little bit sweet, normal duration. Light body, dry and watery with a lively carbonation. Not so good, rather mild and sweet for a Schwarzbier.

Jun 10, 2007 (bottle) Clear, dark mahogany colour with a thick, slowly lacing beige foamy head. Sweet, very light roasty malt aroma with impressions of wet leaves, dried plums and faint hoppy notes. Sweet, minimal sour flavour; light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accent, very light roasty, leafy and subtle fruity taste; bitter-sweet, malt-accented finish with light hoppy notes.
