Tasted at Villaggio della Birra Festival 2006. Some good roasted coffee aromas are there, though a bit restrained and with some butter also present. But above all it lacks body.

Oct 30, 2007 Bottled. An almost black beer with a nice brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and coffee. Simple roasty flavours with coffee and dark chocolate. Medium bodied, quite soft, light acidity, some bitterness in the aftertaste. Well made.

does not count  Nov 16, 2006 Dark brown with sediments and huge head, nice flavour of yeast. Quite dry, roasted malt with a bit of acidity, fresh. Some yeast and wood in the finish. Simple but well balanced.
