This is the best beer of the four I tried. There is a perfume quality to all of their beers that I don’t care for. Reminds me a bit of handsoap. This one had less perfume and more caramel flavor than the others. On tap at Montreal locatoin on St Denis.

I was not overly impressed by this one. It was a nice amber with no head. Very little flavor or smell. Not much palate either. I expected better.

The beer is a gorgeous amber, mostly clear with a slight sparkle. The minimal head is white. It has a moderate bitter flavor with a slight sweet taste. It has a long finish.

Bottle: Poured a brown amber with nice creamy off white head. The aroma was fruity ans some kinda of sugary substance. The taste is fruit and that sugary substance seemed to be a caramel type malt.

[516-20070811] Tap @ 3 Brasseurs (Montréal, QC). Muted malt grain aroma with faint hints of generic fruit. Clear, amber red body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Bitter malt flavour has a light fruit background and citrus hops throughout. Medium body, quite astringent. Recommended by a regular to the brewpub who drinks this by the litre, though it was sadly disappointing.
