May 23, 2009 Hazy amber coloured, lots of carbonation and an average white head. Special yeasty and herby touched aroma (almonds?) Full palate. FInish is very herby and light bitter sweet. Very strange balanced beer.

Mar 9, 2009 bottle, pours hazy orange medium white head. Yeasty and sour aroma with grapefruit and lambic funk. Light malt, orange and lemon juice and a tart gueuze in the finish. This is interesting to say the least. Crazy tart and lingering funk finish. Glad I got to try this, but it’s not my thing. Sour lovers would enjoy this one.

Aroma, sweet, fruits, and sour.
Medium body.
Taste sweet, sourness, fruit touch, little bitterness. Spice and sour ending.

Jun 19, 2008 0.33 l bottle. Murky orange color. Sweet and sour aroma with cheesy, yeasty, berryish, candyish, grapefruity and lemony notes. Sweet, acidic, tart, yeasty and grapefruity flavor. Very weird beer with a sharp acidity on the back of the throat.

Dec 18, 2007 From bottle at Delirium Café, Brussels. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity aroma with notes of peach and chewing-gum. Tastes quite sweet and fruity with some slightly astringent bitterness. I have tasted better beers from this brewery.

Nov 24, 2007 Small white head, with some lace; clear foxy-orange colour. Mustard seed, or real (green) Dijon mustard, pickles, Thai herbs. Special! And not bad,neither. Same, slightly fiery, very spicy mustard taste (like tarragon mustard). Touch of caramel. Good balance, all the same. Sourish ending, like lemon on celeri. Not very well-bodied, spritzy. Very original taste - which makes me doubt seriously this would be another St. Monon ambrée clone . What the Dickens did Jacob add to this one?
