Yeasty and sour aroma with grapefruit and lambic funk. Light malt, orange and lemon juice and a tart gueuze in the finish. This is interesting to say the least. Crazy tart and lingering funk finish. Glad I got to try this, but it’s not my thing. Sour lovers would enjoy this one. JorisPPattyn (5192), Antwerpen, Belgium

Mustard seed, or real (green) Dijon mustard, pickles, Thai herbs. Special! And not bad, neither. Same, slightly fiery, very spicy mustard taste (like tarragon mustard). Touch of caramel. Good balance, all the same. Sourish ending, like lemon on celeri. Not very well-bodied, spritzy. Very original taste - which makes me doubt seriously this would be another St. Monon ambrée clone . What the Dickens did Jacob add to this one? fonefan (11885), VestJylland, Denmark
