heavy (459), Split, Croatia Aug 9, 2008 01/08 0.5 l can from Interspar @ BTC, Ljubljana. Almost forgot this one, I had it directly from the can, so this 3 appearance is a gift. Aroma of some flowey malts with skunky, even unpleasant parts. Flavor is quite watery, some weak malts with nothing much in it. Was refreshing, ok for medium beer, not too repulsive as well, but simply I couldn’t like it. There is nothing good with this beer, had to buy a fourpack so left other 3 to a friend in Slovenia. Doggythedog (940), Split, Croatia Dec 13, 2005 Beer no.13 of my Slovenian beerhunt. 0.5l bottle. Didn’t expect much. Nothing at all really. I really don’t like Zlatorog, or any of the Laško lagers, so... this pleasantly surprised me. Pale golden colour. Medium sized fluffy white head. Aroma of eggs (sulphur) and malt. The taste... lovely flovery hops with a nice but weak maltiness. Lemony hops in the aftertaste. Probably the best beer I’ve had with this low alcohol. beaconstreet (810), Washington DC, USA Jun 7, 2005 I suppose again this is the beer I drank. As Lasko Toceno on the menu, and the guy said it was the so called light one. Anyhow, drank this the first night in Ljubljana, and was for some reason one of the best beers I ever drank. Good tasting while cold, flowery, miraculous. ogivlado (2193), Zagreb, Croatia Dec 22, 2002 Bottled(500ml). -below average beer, bad aroma; nothing new=bad beer Kĺstĺ (1144), Mol, Belgium Nov 7, 2002 Blond with a medium creamy head. Taste and aroma is hop and yeast. The aroma has an odd flavour to it. I have had it in other beers from Lasko and it could be the kind of hop used. Short hoppy taste with a slightly bitter finish. An ok beer at this low ABV.
