Bottle@Quebec City. Cloudy bronze beer with strong head. The aroma is lightly yeasty and fruity, and the flavour is dulled fruity. Overall a nice white beer mixed with fruit.

ok, so i know a mure is a blackberry. This is your basic wheat beer, Quebec style. Lots of grains, and wheat flavors with touches of citrus, and yeast. No black berry to be found. Very average.

500 ml bottle- A deep and slightly hazy amber, with a frothy, but short lived off white head. Faint nose of lemon, some fruity malts, maybe a bit of spices. Flavour profile is weak and watery sweet malts, some citrus, a bit of yeast? This is very, very bland. Watery and creamy finish. I don’t know what to say.

Bottle split with Sir Fannon. Pours a hazy reddish orange body. Some bright red coloring in my white head.... AIDS?? Hope not. The beer smells pretty bland. Taste is same.

Neutral nose. Cloudy amber, off-white layer. Light metallic, juniper notes. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel. A hint blueberry retronasal. Pretty boring.

Claire, effervescente, un goût très doux, manque un peu de velouté, de crème comme j’aime d’une blanche.

Bouteille de 500 ml. (Deguste avec french tickler) Une biere de couleur rosatre avec un mince collet non-collant. Odeur d’epices, sucre et mures. Gout tres epices, un peu de sucre et agrumes.

Bouteille de 500 ml. Nos yeux regardent une bière de couleur cuivrée surmontée d’une mousse blanche modeste. Au nez on respire des arômes de céréales fraîches et de baies. En bouche le corps est mince avec une effervescence moyenne. On goute des saveurs de grain avec une pointe d’acidité provenant de la mûre.
