Shag (1767), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Jul 1, 2008 A dark golden appearance with a large white carbonated head. The flavor contains some lemons, apricots, bananas, with quite a bit of spices. The flavor contains honey, bananas, lemons, and table sugar. A spice presence in the flavor as well. This hides the alcohol really well. The mouthfeel is slightly syrupy. Overall this was a pretty good beer.
trokini (840), San Diego, California, USA Aug 17, 2008 Pours clear gold, lots of bubbles, and a medium white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast and spice. Taste flip-flops between fruity-sweet and funky sour. One moment there is strawberry, grapes, honey, the next is a bretty funk. It was okay once you got used to it. ratman197 (2242), Arvada, Colorado, USA Aug 12, 2008 Bottle poured a cloudy orange with a large lasting creamy off white head.
