A dark golden appearance with a large white carbonated head. The flavor contains some lemons, apricots, bananas, with quite a bit of spices. The flavor contains honey, bananas, lemons, and table sugar. A spice presence in the flavor as well. This hides the alcohol really well. The mouthfeel is slightly syrupy. Overall this was a pretty good beer.

Aug 17, 2008 Pours clear gold, lots of bubbles, and a medium white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast and spice. Taste flip-flops between fruity-sweet and funky sour. One moment there is strawberry, grapes, honey, the next is a bretty funk. It was okay once you got used to it.

Aug 12, 2008 Bottle poured a cloudy orange with a large lasting creamy off white head. Aromas of perfume, fruittiness, spice and candy sugar. Palate was medium bodied smooth and a bit syrupy. Flavors of pear, pineapple, spice, candy sugar and a hint of honey with a smooth lingering sweet finish.

Jul 26, 2008 Bottle. Amber beer with a huge cvream colored head. Yeasty, bready, spicy aroma. Malty, estery fruit flavor with yeast and spice. Medium body. Yeast, spice, breadiness, and light fruit linger. Nice complexity. Alcohol slightly noticeable.
