Commercial Description:
energetic and full-bodied taste with sweetish pronounced tone, brown copper color and with a creamy foam of beige tonality, bouquet harmonious and elegant. Category "Belgian Strong Dark Ale", style "brown ale", this beer is produced with the method of the triple fermentation, means that it has three doses of malt more than the quantity used for other beers, added in three different phases of workmanship, like the last phase where the malt is directly put in the bottle or the keg.

Pours dark amber/brown color. Smells of metal, spice and fruit. Tastes of raisins, cherry, spice, and alcohol. Has a strong horse blanket/ barnyard flavor of earthiness with an alcoholic finish. Pretty good because I like the style, but not nearly among the best.

Bottle. Looked nice with the large head. Dried fruit, caramel and some cola in the aroma. The taste was fruity with some caramel sweetness. Drinkable but I did feel some alcohol in the taste.

Bottle. Pours dark coppery brown with an off-white head that lasts for a short while. Nose has aromas of toffee, dark fruits, cola and grapes. Flavour is similar and slightly vinous, but not overly sweet: raisins, dates, caramel, cola, molasses and berries stand out. Medium body with a little sweetness up front and a slightly tart bitterness on the finish. A little thin but overall this is quite a good beer, alcohol very well hidden, and very easy to drink.
