Commercial Description:
energetic and full-bodied taste with sweetish pronounced tone, brown copper color and with a creamy foam of beige tonality, bouquet harmonious and elegant. Category "Belgian Strong Dark Ale", style "brown ale", this beer is produced with the method of the triple fermentation, means that it has three doses of malt more than the quantity used for other beers, added in three different phases of workmanship, like the last phase where the malt is directly put in the bottle or the keg.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 11.2 painted white bottle. Dark copper color, clingy, extremely thick and long lasting bubbly khaki colored head. Slight vinegary aroma with hints of bubble gum. Nutty flavor with some hints of cherries, wee bit of chocolate and some vineragy sourness. Slightly bland. Spritzy mouthfeel.

Dark brown with large beige head. Sweet malty aroma with vegetal notes. Taste is quite restrained: sweet and fruity with plenty of alcohol and a little dryness.

Bottle. Sweet caramel with some spice and yeast esters. Touch of apple and some tropical fruits- pineapple, strawberry. Heavy dark opaque beer with a big frothy brown head. Nice malt profile, lots of fruit in the finish. Some alcohol, a touch of wood. Slightly sour aftertaste. Overall a really nice beer.

330 mL bottle. Dark, translucent ruby-brown. The large head fades quickly, but not completely. Nice lacing. The aroma is milder than expected. It is sweet, with hints of malt, fresh, sweet fruit, and maybe some vegetables(!?). Actually not all that impressed by the taste; I was expecting more complexity. It begins sweetly, and ends with some bitterness. Some brown sugar, some candied fruit. Alcohol is there, but not a distraction. Heavily carbonated. Preferred their Red.

33cl bottle, 9% a/v From a gift 6 pack from LCBO. Pours a hazy brownish red with a very generous tan head. Smells sweet and floral with a bit of yeast. The taste is very fruity and sweet, with a nice aftertaste blending into dry malt and hops.. The carbonation plays nicely off the tongue as well. Very nice beer, I REALLY wish i could get this year round.

Bottle. Pours a deep dark brown colour with a huge bubbly light brown fairly lasting head. Aroma of mildly toasted malt and caramel with yeast and some dark fruits. Very good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with mildly roasted malt, yeast, dark fruits, alcohol and some bitter hops. Dry sweetish finish.
