| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 1, 2005 Bright copper colour with low carbo and a big soapy head. Slightly musty aroma with hints of pears, dust and bread. Flavour is sweet, tasting very different than the aroma smelled. This character is oxidized maltiness, plums, light spice and caramel. Respectable complexity. Not a bad example of the standard Belgian amber, which seems to me more a style to drink with your roast beef than something to genuflect before at Kulminator.
