Looks and smells like an unspicy wit, with a dusting of coriander. Some freshly polished table wafting out of the tulip as it warms. Pale haze and fine white suds. The honey imparts a creamy mouthfeel but not the cloying sweetness associated with some other beers of this style. A faintly piney hop presence offsets the honey, which I wouldn’t have identified without reading the label. Soapy smoothness and a chew of grass. Dangerously sippable strong ale with a fruity blend of yeast, spice and hops. bu11zeye (5470), Frisco, Texas, USA
