Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, moderate honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. (Bbitternes is strange ala sour malt / honey bitter). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120508)

Jun 16, 2008 Courtesy of Yespr. The beer floods out of the bottle upon opening. The color is warm golden with a lot of sediment, and the head is nice and creamy. The aroma has notes of sweetness, honey and malt. The flavour has sweetness, notes of honey, citrus, light alcohol and it ends on a dry and a bit harsh note. The overall impression is a bit to sweet.

May 19, 2008 Terrific acidity and faint whiffs of honey kick off this decent offering from usually ho-hum La Binchoise. A fair beer when poured, with great fluffy clouds of white and hazy deep orange hues, this ’bear beer’ lingers and sits well enough in the tummy to warrant another go.
