Commercial Description:
Available with two labels - Blonde in Wallonia and Fakir in Flanders and Canada. Though it is also relabelled as La Molagnarde Blonde. This is a particularly good blonde beer with lots of strong, clean citric hop character throughout. The orange peel that is included amongst the ingredients tends to only come through in the nose. We find this beer is great when served straight from the fridge as a little of the freshness is lost as it warms up.

La Binchoise pours a clouded dark yellow color and makes a thin offwhite head. Smells like biscuits and is very yeasty, has a strong whit-like quality. Mild citrus flavor, like a sweet-lemon, yeasty, bready, peppery spice. Light to medium palate, finishes rather dry. This is pretty good, its not my favorite Belgian pale by any means, it feels more like a whit in my opinion.

a sim rate: Thick, syrupy, banana and peach. Very cloudy for a blonde. Decent lasting head.

330 ml bottle. Pale straw coloured, slightly hazy, very large head. Interesting and complex yeasty, flowery and spicy aroma, some citrus and oak too. Flavour is zesty and spritzy with spices and decent hops, not too sweet. A very enjoyable Belgian blonde!

(on bottle-thx Jacob) Very complex aroma, sniffed a 1000000 times and coulden´t make everything out after all. It´s of flower, on a warm summers ay to be specific. Honey, vanilla, peach too. Slightly hazy and a small, lasting white head. Mouthfeel is round and somewhat creamy. Finish comes very pearly, with more flower, canesugar hints.

Bottled. Hazy yellow. Witbier nose, bit sticky, rich on Co2. Rich herbal - clove/choriander mix. Too sweet and unbalanced. Spicy, burnt mouthfeel. Alco feel.

Hazy pale yellow, thick white diminishing head. Sweet-ish, spicy, clove nose. Herbal flavour, sweet, sticky mouthfeel. Candy-like taste. Too high co2.

Fluffy white head, slightly hazy golden body. Fresh citrusy and yeasty aroma, a bit sharp and unbalanced. Dominating citrus flavor as well with a flowery and grainy note and a foamy mouthfeel. Highly drinkable but a bit uninteresting.

Fruit and citrus aroma. It is the color of pear juice. Very light gold. Nice gas release. Fluffy head. Another soft and subtle offering from this brewery. Has more crispness than the brown. Pear notes in the flavor and a sort of soft spiciness. Unusual beer.
