Commercial Description:
Available with two labels - Blonde in Wallonia and Fakir in Flanders and Canada. Though it is also relabelled as La Molagnarde Blonde. This is a particularly good blonde beer with lots of strong, clean citric hop character throughout. The orange peel that is included amongst the ingredients tends to only come through in the nose. We find this beer is great when served straight from the fridge as a little of the freshness is lost as it warms up.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy golden color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma consists of medium sweet typical Belgian malt (not that this is a bad thing) with some interesting floral notes. Taste is also dominated by some medium sweet malt with some notes floral and a lightly spice and great refreshing yeast strain. Body is quite full with some great carbonation and no discernable alcohol. Not extremely complex but really well done and refreshing for the style.

Bottle, bought @ brygshoppen.dk.
Pours clear, lightly hazy golden with a big, creamy white head. Good duration. Aroma is powerfully malty, good yeastiness and a light funky note. High carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is clear, good exotic fruit, very dry finish with a good balance.

Draft as Eulogy’s Busty Blonde at Eulogy Belgian Tavern in Philadelphia, PA. Rest of the family was site seeing, only had time to duck in for one pint. It was a beautiful early summer day, so figured this beer would hit the spot. Pour is golden yellow, really hazy with a nice white head. Pretty in the glass. Aroma of lemon / orange citrus, Belgian yeastiness and earthiness. Taste was nicely sweet with orange flavors. Nice earthy flavor. Palate was light-medium and made this quite easy to drink. Certainly a great beer for the moment.

330ml bottle. Clear gold in colour with a big, tight white head and plenty of carbonation. Perfumed spice and herb aroma followed by a sweet, slightly spiced flavour and a decent dry finish. Enjoyable.

Draft: Poured a golden yellow with a nice amount of head. The aroma was that of citrus, yeast, and more citrus. The flavor was smooth with a nice slightly hoppy citrus finish. Overall, I would definitely drink this again.

Bottle, 6.5%. Nice and creamy apricot aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small, stable, tight white head. Quite dry flavour, but with a nice hoppiness which is fruity and teaish. High carbonation. Very harmonious and good.
