Commercial Description:
Available with two labels - Blonde in Wallonia and Fakir in Flanders and Canada. Though it is also relabelled as La Molagnarde Blonde. This is a particularly good blonde beer with lots of strong, clean citric hop character throughout. The orange peel that is included amongst the ingredients tends to only come through in the nose. We find this beer is great when served straight from the fridge as a little of the freshness is lost as it warms up.

Bottle shared with friends. Pours a peachy orange with thin white lace. Nose is pineapple, madarin oranges. Flavor has more oranges, yeast, and a light hoppy character in the finish. Pretty good blonde.

Was actually Octo’s but she couldn’t stomach it. Chewy hop soup pour thick with clumps. Never seen anything like it. Hums with Belgian spice and pith. Coriander, silk, marmalade, lemon jelly fruit. Sweetish but not cloying, citrussy, outrageously sedimented blonde zinging with yeast and rind. The real deal.

750 ml bottle. A hazy pale blonde beer with an average white head that disappears quickly. The aroma has strong notes of honey and orange peel, together with some spiciness (corriander). Also the flavour is very spicy with much corriander and some citrus notes and fruitiness (orange and peach). There are some hops in the finish. Quite light body and carbonation, soft mouthfeel, light bitterness. More than drinkable.

Bottle sampled. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, grain, and some fruit. Flavor of malt sweetness, yeast, honey, and spices with a dry finish.

Perfumed nose and correspondingly flowery body. Yeasty and sweet but not heavy either. Actually finishes drier than expected. Drinkable.

Huge white head, lively carbonation. Cloudy blond color, actually had particles floating in the beer. Aroma is mostly spice and doughy yeast. Flavor is initially lemon and clove but then becomes a bit more spicy in the finish. A bit of fruit comes out as well. Finishes somewhat abruptly. A very drinkable blond.

Tap @ Eulogy. Labeled as Busty Blonde. Poured a hazy brown-yellow color. The aroma was yeasty with some spice, esters and even light banana. The flavor was malty and yeasty with moderate notes of spice and a citrusy finish. The finish was dry with a light warmth.
