It pours a cloudy, dark golden color. There was almost no head on my pour. The aroma is milder. I get some notes of corriander, citrus and maybe some wheat. The taste is quite good. There is some tartness to the beer, as well as some hints of orange, corriander and a wheat body. Nice and refreshing. Grovlam (3809), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Jun 9, 2007 Bottle. clear pale yellow with small white head. Very yeasty, musty aroma. Strong bitter notes, yeasty flavour dominates.Palate a bit thin for alcohol content. Great aged taste to it... would go great with an aged cheese. Citrus notes definately present as well. A unique offering. I imagine taste strongly dependant on these particular yeast strains. jimhilt (1681), Bow, New Hampshire, USA
